Adult builders had a lot to look forward to too, with releases including a Lord of the Rings Sauron Helmet set, a Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time set, and an unexpected collaboration with Project Hail Mary. On the Disney side, LEGO also released some especially charming Winnie the Pooh sets, which were presented as arguably the best new Disney gift option.

LEGO also expanded several major themes with additional entries in lines like Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Marvel. One example called out was the Avengers Helicarrier set, presented as evidence of LEGO’s ongoing commitment to large, blockbuster fandoms.

New LEGO Sets for July

LEGO Icons: Arcade Pinball Machine

LEGO Marvel: Venom Bust

LEGO Star Wars: Imperial Lambda-Class Shuttle

LEGO Technic: Aston Martin Aramco AMR25 F1 Car

LEGO Technic: Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear Megacar

July is a relatively slower month for LEGO new releases, with only five sets listed. Even so, all of these new items are aimed at the 18+ audience, and they’re described as surprisingly impressive. The key highlight is the LEGO Icons: Arcade Pinball Machine set, which reportedly lets you build a working pinball machine. There’s also a new Marvel addition thanks to the Venom Bust set featured in this lineup.

Biggest Upcoming LEGO Sets

Beyond the releases already listed, there are also upcoming LEGO sets that have been confirmed, along with other potential releases that are still rumored. For August specifically, the confirmed lineup doesn’t sound especially packed—besides the already-highlighted working Arcade Pinball Machine set, the biggest dated event is August 1, when the new LEGO One Piece sets arrive for season 2 of the series. Those season 2 builds include a giant Gum-Gum Fruit display piece. August also brings additional LEGO Pokémon sets with Smart Play technology, plus some surprising Olivia Rodrigo sets.

If you want a broader look at what’s coming, you can check LEGO’s official “Coming Soon” page. The page also notes it will be updated as new sets become available.
