GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Details: What You Get in the Current Edition Lineup

People have been debating what kinds of purchase tiers GTA 6 might offer: would Rockstar take the “many versions, tiny differences” route with price bumps that are hard to compare, or would it keep things simple so you can just grab exactly what you want? For now, the answer is pretty clear.

Right now there are only two editions on the table. The Standard version costs $80, while the Ultimate Edition is priced at $100.

Unsurprisingly, the Ultimate Edition is the one bundled with extra perks, and that’s where some players are getting irritated. The concern is that mission content may be tied to the more expensive option, effectively putting certain activities behind the higher price point.

Here’s a breakdown of everything included in the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition, so you can decide whether the additional $20 is worth it for your playstyle.

What’s included in the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition?

As expected, the Ultimate Edition includes additional mission-related content—but it’s not limited to just that. Rockstar’s costlier package adds a wide mix of vehicles, weapons, cosmetics, and access to various in-game locations and services. The full list of included items and features is as follows:

  • Base Game
  • ’95 Grotti Cheetah Car
  • Hawk & Little Morgan Revolver for Jason & Lucia
  • Personalized versions of Jason’s Girardi ES9 pistol and Lucia’s Klose K17 pistol
  • Exclusive outfits, hairstyles, tattoos, and more for Jason & Lucia
  • Jason’s Dinka Enduro motorcycle and Crest Kayak Safehouse Vehicles
  • Jason’s Vapid Ganado low-riding pickup with exclusive modifications
  • Shitzu Squalo boat
  • ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy & Paradise Garage
  • Goodtime Gear cosmetics
  • PTT Youngin$ Compound Mission(s)
  • Classic Car Collection Mission(s)
  • Access to the Rideout Customs Mod Shop
  • Access to Sara’s Unisex Salon
  • Access to the Stock 305 Clothing Store
  • Access to the Electric Fang Tattoo Parlor
  • Access to One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop

From that list, it’s clear the Ultimate Edition isn’t just offering a couple of extras—it includes plenty of cosmetics, multiple vehicles, and even weapon options for Jason and Lucia, alongside mission content and convenience access to several custom shops.

The two items drawing the most heat are the PTT Youngin$ Compound Mission(s) and the Classic Car Collection Mission(s). Players are specifically pointing at these as the type of content that could be unavailable unless you purchase the Ultimate Edition.

Meanwhile, some people are also taking issue with the store access included in the package. Still, the argument here is that this probably isn’t as big a deal as it sounds: there are likely to be other shops in the game anyway, and these listed locations appear intended mainly as extra places to apply the Ultimate Edition’s additional cosmetic unlocks.

Overall, the bundled content in the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition is being framed as a strong value add for the extra $20, especially when compared to how similar “upgrade” editions handle extras in other games. The expectation is that most players who were already leaning toward pre-ordering will choose Ultimate rather than Standard.
