Set in Nova Detroit, the game centers on a manhunt for a serial killer dubbed “Mr. Freezy.” Authorities discover hundreds of severed heads hidden in freezers around the city, and the mystery points to a woman who abducts men and keeps them locked in her basement workshop.

From there, the gameplay shifts into a puzzle routine built around arranging heads for decapitation. Players move, swap, and align the heads so they can all be decapitated at once, with each action affecting the outcome and the game pushing you to collect as many heads as possible using the fewest turns.
