Disney Dreamlight Valley Honeyglow Woods: Find Crayons in “Draw Together

By the time you wrapped up “Chapter 3: A Very Satisfied Bear,” in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’d already grabbed a Box of Colorful Crayons from Winnie the Pooh’s House. The next step comes in “Interlude: The Misplaced Honey,” the story quest inside the Honeyglow Woods expansion. Pooh and you decide those crayons deserve a purpose—so you’re about to “draw together” your way through the Everoak Tree.

Unlock The Everoak Tree

Start by talking to Winnie the Pooh. He’s usually lingering around his House (the one you unlocked during the earlier quest), and he quickly pitches the idea of finding somewhere to draw together. Follow Pooh to an “art-ful place” he knows, which turns out to be an alcove along the upper edge of Drowsybloom Acre. In that alcove you’ll find an empty wooden canvas, plus a blocked passage leading to another biome. When you speak to Pooh again, the two of you connect the dots: the tree you’re looking for used to be called the Everoak.

You recall that you could previously walk through the Everoak Tree to reach other parts of the Honeyglow Woods. Pooh suggests that if you draw on the blank canvas, the tree might remember what it’s supposed to do and let you in. Next, interact with the empty canvas by the Everoak Tree, then place the Box of Colorful Crayons into the provided slot. A picture of Pooh appears, and the tree opens.

Find The Sun-Glow Honey

Now enter the Everoak Tree. Inside is a larger room stocked with honey. Talk to Pooh, who only has a vague recollection that something in here can help clear the fog—but he can’t pinpoint exactly what it is or where it’s kept.

Find The First Memory Piece

Go up the stairs on the left. At the top, read the note on the wall, which reads: “MAJIKAL SUN-GLO HUNNY GOES HEER!” When you speak to Pooh, he starts to remember that Sun-Glow Honey is his favorite and that it can also help cut through the fog. Unfortunately, he’s too hungry to recall anything beyond that.

Grab any Honey Pot available in the Everoak Tree—such as the one just to your left—and give it to Pooh. There are multiple Honey Pots inside, and any of them will work. Once you pick one up and hand it over, a Memory appears. The Memory shows Pooh eating Sun-Glow Honey, but it’s incomplete, meaning you still need more.

Find The Second Memory Piece

Talk to Pooh again. He says he remembers hiding a honeypot—which might contain Sun-Glow Honey—in a hole behind a shelf. Your job is to locate the honeypot concealed behind a shelf somewhere inside the Everoak Tree.

Face the door that leads back out of the Everoak Tree. To your right, you’ll see two shelves with a small crack between them—that’s the spot to investigate.

To move the shelves aside, do the following:

  • Remove the Honey Swirls that are blocking access by approaching each shelf and selecting “Remove.”
  • Interact with the large honey pot to the right of the shelves to push it out of the way.
  • Interact with the right-hand shelf to slide it out of position so you can walk between the shelves.

With the area cleared, use your Royal Shovel to dig up the Buried Honeypot. Then bring it back to Pooh. It won’t be Sun-Glow Honey, but it will trigger the second Memory, so pick it up.

Find The Third Memory Piece

This time, when you speak to Pooh, he decides the only way to remember everything is to eat all the honey inside the Everoak Tree. He dashes off, so follow him to one of the honey shelves and talk to him again there.

It turns out Pooh has eaten far too much. He’s stuffed up and has a stomachache, so you need to craft him some Tummy Tonic to help.

Face the door leading out of the Everoak Tree. To the left of the door is a table with ingredients. Read the book sitting to the right of that table to learn the recipe for Tummy Tonic. You’ll need two Seasonings and one Tea, and you should avoid anything overly spicy or overly sweet.

There are five ingredients on the table, but you only need three. Use these hints to narrow it down:

  • There’s only one kind of tea leaf on the table, so you must use it.
  • Pooh’s tummyache came from eating too much honey, so the antidote should contain no honey.
  • One of the spices is far hotter than the rest, so don’t pick it—otherwise Pooh’s stomach will feel worse.

Once you’ve selected the correct trio, head to the Cooking Station to the left of the table. Combine the three ingredients to make the Tummy Tonic, then give the drink to Pooh Bear.

When Pooh drinks it, he feels better—and the third Memory Piece appears.

Locate The Sun-Glow Honey

Pooh tells you the Sun-Glow Honey is near three tall shelves. These shelves are on the left side of the Everoak Tree, positioned next to the Cooking Station and the ingredient table.

You’ll need the exact honey pot that matches the one Pooh was eating in the Memory. Since there are many Honey Pots to choose from, remember what makes the right one stand out:

  • The pot has a white top
  • The pot has the word “Hunny” written on it

The Sun-Glow Honey pot is located:

Use The Sun-Glow Honey

After you’ve collected the Sun-Glow Honey, go up the stairs and place it on the golden platform in the alcove. A Memory appears, so pick it up. This Memory reveals that Pooh and his friends hid inside the Everoak Tree to escape the Forgetting, and that the Honeyglow Woods came into being from their imagination and the adventures they shared.

Clear The Corrupted Honey Wall

Talk to Pooh once more. He recommends leaving the Everoak Tree to check whether the fog has cleared. Head outside and you’ll find that some of the mist covering Honeyglow Woods is indeed gone. When you speak to Pooh again, he’s thrilled and wants to explore the areas that are no longer covered by fog.

Follow Pooh to the left edge of Drowsybloom Acre. There you’ll find a wooden archway sealed behind a wall made of corrupted Honey Swirls. This is the entrance to the Gloommeadow biome.

Talk to Pooh again. He remembers that Eeyore lives in the Gloommeadow, and he’s excited to see his friend—plus he wants the Corrupted Honey Wall broken through as quickly as you can manage it.

To clear the wall, interact with the Corrupted Honey Wall and place the required items into the available slots:

  • Honeycrunch Bar x 4 – Crafted at a Cooking Station using 1 Golden Honey and 1 Sweet Chestnut each. Golden Honey is harvested from the Busy Bees’ House, while Sweet Chestnuts are gathered from trees near your house.
  • Acorn Snail x 4 – Caught from white or blue ripples in Drowsybloom Acre.
  • Honey Agate x 3 – Mined from Rock Spots around Drowsybloom Acre.
  • White Thistle x 3 – Picked in Drowsybloom Acre.
  • Soft Limestone x 7 – Mined from Rock Spots in Drowsybloom Acre.

Optional Tasks

Completing “Interlude: The Misplaced Honey” only requires collecting the ingredients listed above to clear the Corrupted Honey Wall and enter the Gloommeadow. Still, the quest offers additional optional tasks you can do while you gather everything.

Keep in mind: all of these are fully optional. They don’t grant extra rewards, and they aren’t needed to finish the quest.

  • Add 10 pieces of Furniture to Drowsybloom Acre.
  • Finish Winnie the Pooh’s first Friendship Quest, “Grown-up Things.” Check the walkthrough for that quest to learn more.
  • Restore the Chez Remy Tree using 15 Tree Resin, 12 Driftwood, and 10 Oak Leaves.

Once the Corrupted Honey Wall is gone and you’ve entered the Gloommeadow, the quest ends. At that point, you can explore the Gloommeadow and meet Eeyore to begin the next Honeyglow Woods quest.
