Tips for Skinning and Hunting Animals
Most land animals can be hunted and skinned right after you take them down. The one exception is monkeys: they spend most of their time up in trees, so you’ll need to shoot them down before you can collect their pelts.
Sea hunting is tougher. Powerful sharks—like the Great White Shark—can take a big chunk out of your rowboat during harpooning missions. Because of that, it’s strongly recommended that you upgrade your harpooning setup beforehand. Better harpoons and a sturdier boat should make these hunts far more manageable, reducing how often you have to worry about your vessel going under.
