BJ Power-Up

This is also a trick that worked in GTA III. Drive up next to a hooker and wait. If you’re driving a flashy enough car, she’ll begin talking to you. Eventually she’ll get into the vehicle. At that point, drive to a quieter location and let the sequence play out: the car will start rocking, and your “health” increases from 100 to 125. Your wallet takes a hit, though. This health boost only lasts until the next time you die.

Health Trick

Go to the hotel save point. When the game asks whether you want to save, choose a slot and confirm. When the “Overwrite?” prompt appears, select “No”, then return to the game—your health will be restored to full.
