Minecraft 26.3 Snapshot 3 Adds Cushion Prop and Straw Bed for Sleeping

Cushion
The Cushion is a new placeable item. Once you interact with it, your character will sit down. It comes in 16 color variations, and crafting uses 3 Wool Slabs matching the same color.
Placement and behavior follow specific rules:
- A Cushion can be placed on any flat surface.
- It always lines up horizontally with the grid, while still resting vertically on the block or surface that supports it.
- Cushions cannot be moved after placement.
- If the supporting block is removed, the Cushion will break.
- Cushions have no collision, so they can overlap with other objects—except for other Cushions.
Straw Bed
The Straw Bed is a bed variant designed for travel. It allows you to sleep through the night without changing your spawn point, which can be especially useful when you don’t want to commit to a new respawn location while on the move. Like other one-time sleeping options, it can be used only once and will be automatically removed after you use it.
Straw Beds follow the same dimensional restrictions as regular Beds: they can’t be used in the Nether or The End. Crafting requires making them in batches of four, using 3 Hay Bales.
You’ll also notice a new entry in the Statistics interface that counts how many times you slept in a Straw Bed.
