Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: All Treasure Map Locations Guide
When you’re roaming the Caribbean in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you’ll eventually run into treasure maps scattered across islands and settlements. Opening these maps from your inventory reveals a set of coordinates, and from there you can bring up the map screen and navigate to the exact spot where the buried chest is hidden. Many of the maps also include visual hints, which makes it easier to identify the correct landmark when you arrive.
That said, tracking down buried treasure isn’t always as straightforward as it sounds—especially when you only have coordinates and a rough layout. To help, we’ve put together screenshots that show the precise locations of every buried treasure chest in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. We’ve also included clear, high-resolution images of the maps themselves, so you can avoid repeatedly opening menus while you’re trying to find the dig point.
Most of the treasure chests in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced are located close to fast travel points, but a few locations take longer to reach. In particular, the chests hidden in Smuggler’s Dens can require a longer trek, so it’s smart to grab them on your first visit if you already have the map. The same idea applies to the Principe buried treasure, which sits at the very end of a no-fast-travel stretch. Even with those extra routes, it’s possible to collect all of the treasure chests in roughly one hour.

Beneath one of the fort’s turrets on the outer side, close to a campfire and some pirate skeletons. You can find the map for this treasure in Havana.

Hidden behind a waterfall on the far side of the island. The map for this treasure can be found in Tortuga.

Under some palm trees, near a ship that has run aground. The map for this treasure can be found on Andreas Island.
2,500 Reales and Earth Monster Relief
Fast travel to Principe using the P on the far eastern edge of the map. Then, search the far shoreline for the chest under a crooked palm tree. The map for this treasure is located in Port Royal.
2,500 Reales and Standard Bearer
In the upper section of a cave network, tucked behind rocks that funnel water toward a waterfall. The map for this treasure is in Cayman Sound.
3,000 Reales and Heavy Shot Storage Ultimate Plan
At the back of a shallow cave near stairs, immediately after you emerge from the water. The map for this treasure can be found in Corozal.
Rare Pirate Captain Outfit and 2,000 Reales
Right beside one of the area’s synchronization points, next to a log bridge. The map for this treasure is in Cumberland Bay.
Ivory Wheel Design Plan and 3,000 Reales
Along the swamp banks on the west side of the region. The map for this treasure is in Great Inagua.
Elite Sails Design Plan and 3,000 Reales
Between three palm trees near a campfire. The map for this treasure can be found in Ile-a-Vache.
Baroque Guitar and 2,500 Reales
Near some trees and a hut, positioned by one of the area’s synchronization points. The map for this treasure is located in Isla Providencia.
Near a rowboat and palm trees on the north side of the island. The map for this treasure can be found in Kingston.

Under some trees on a small sandy spit to the south of the island. The map for this treasure can be found on Mariguana Island.

In the southeastern portion of the region, near trees and damaged rowboats. The map for this treasure is in Misteriosa.
Guilded Hull Design Plan and 3,000 Reales
Under palm trees in the southern part of the region, close to some old fishing equipment. The map for this treasure can be found in Petite Caverne.
Fire Barrel Storage Ultimate Plan and 3,000 Reales
In the middle of a circle of palm trees in the northeastern part of the island. The map for this treasure is in Pinos Isle.

Maize Deity and 2,500 Reales
Near a cart you can climb, immediately after you come out of the water. The map for this treasure is in Santanillas.

Blackbeard’s Treasure Map
Start by heading to Anotto Bay and wiping out all pirate ships there. Once the area is cleared, dive into the water and follow the tunnels until you reach a large room filled with explosive barrels. Look for a smaller barrel you can pick up, then place it next to the bricked-up doorway. Shoot the barrel to break through, letting you continue down the tunnels until you eventually reach Blackbeard’s treasure. You’ll receive Blackbeard’s Treasure Map as part of the main story.
