First 4 Figures Unveils Official Elephant Mario Statue With Bonus Power-Up

It looks like another stretch is coming before Nintendo delivers another 2D Mario follow-up to Super Mario Bros. Wonder, so First 4 Figures is stepping in with an officially licensed Elephant Mario statue meant to scratch that collectible itch.

First 4 Figures Reveals A Big Old Elephant Mario Statue

First 4 Figures and Nintendo are teaming up to produce a new Elephant Mario figure that leans hard into the game’s power-up. When Mario and other Wonder characters consume the Elephant Fruit, they balloon in size, so the statue is designed to be appropriately imposing. After all, you’re not just getting a costume change—you’re turning into an elephant.

In terms of physical dimensions, the statue stands at nearly 17 inches tall and stretches to more than 19 inches across, shaped by the trunk-flicking pose alongside Mario’s hunched-over stance. It’s also built to feel substantial, with a reported weight of 12.6kg. That’s described by the company as about 23.5 times the weight of a Switch 2, or roughly the same mass as 3,600 Switch 2 cards.

There’s no clear reason given for that comparison choice, but it does underline the point: this is a heavy display piece, not a lightweight shelf ornament.

The Exclusive Edition Comes With An Elephant Fruit

Alongside the standard release, there’s an exclusive edition that tips the scales even further. The difference is a real-life replica of the Elephant Fruit from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. In-game, the fruit is what Mario has to eat to transform into a dungarees-wearing pachyderm, and this collectible fruit is presented in a way that mirrors the moment it appears from a block.

Specifically, the fruit sits on top of a red Mario block, arranged to look like it’s emerging from the same kind of in-game platform. Meanwhile, the Elephant Mario statue itself matches between editions—same model, same overall height, and same weight—whether you purchase the standard version or the pricier exclusive bundle.

The figure is also shown standing on a patch of grass to help it read as a finished display, and First 4 Figures is positioning it as highly detailed and as accurate as possible. Since it’s an officially licensed Nintendo product, the company is treating fidelity as a core selling point.

First 4 Figures is known for premium video game statues and high-end collectibles. The brand has previously delivered a Metal Sonic statue released last year, and it also created the Great Grey Wolf Sif statue, which became a hit with players of Dark Souls.

The studio has also worked with Nintendo in the past, which matters because Nintendo doesn’t hand out that kind of trust lightly. Its Nintendo statue lineup includes Link’s Master Sword and a replica of Isabelle from Animal Crossing.
