How to Start the Gloomy Hollow Quest
First, make sure you’ve unlocked parsnip seeds and Winnie the Pooh by completing the related quests and collecting the required materials.
To begin the Gloomy Hollow quest, talk to Eeyore and select the quest option to start it.
Then, follow Eeyore to the giant tree. Use the charcoal to paint a picture—this reveals an entrance. Once you step inside, you’ll need to complete several tasks to finish the quest.
Where to Find the Broken Honeypot Pieces
In the cave, look for an empty pedestal where the Sun-Glow Honey should be. The honey is scattered around the cave, broken into multiple pieces.
- The first broken honeypot piece is located right next to Eeyore.
- The second broken honeypot piece is stuck inside a wooden obstacle near the puzzle. Use a shovel to remove it.
- The third and final broken honeypot piece can be obtained by fishing from the ripple near the entrance.
How to Solve the Puzzle and Restore the Sun-Glow Honey
Use the nearby crafting station to combine the fragments into Sun-Glow Honey, then place it onto the pedestal.
Puzzle #1
Even after restoring the Sun-Glow Honey, the problem isn’t fully fixed. Shift your attention to the floor puzzle. Use the shovel to reshuffle the pieces until the image of Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet appears complete.
After that, take the potion and use it to upgrade the watering can. When you water the colorless honey pots, not every color will return.
Puzzle #2
Speak with Eeyore again—this time, the puzzle has reshuffled itself. Before trying to solve it, head to the nearby fishing spot and fish out the missing puzzle piece.
Place the piece into its correct spot, then shovel the pieces again to complete another image showing everyone together.
Consume the second potion, then re-water the honey pots and also re-water the Sun-Glow Honey.
Go back outside to check the results: the fog will lift, and a new obstacle will appear that blocks another biome.
How to Complete Gloomy Hollow and Unlock the Next Biome
To remove the obstacle, you must offer the following dishes and materials:
- Toasted Picnic Sandwich
- Foresty Quiche
- Honey Macarons
- Golden Honey
- Shiny Honey Agate
Once you provide everything, the Gloomy Hollow quest is complete. You’ll also unlock the Braveheart Grove biome, where Piglet resides.
