Japanese label AKROS has announced four fresh reversible sukajan jackets drawn from Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, each packed with detailed embroidery and nods to standout moments from the fantasy series. Kanehito Yamada and Tsukasa Abe’s manga keeps winning over readers worldwide, and its anime adaptation has already climbed to the No. 1 spot on MAL’s all-time best anime list after Season 1 launched in 2023. AKROS Opens Preorders for Two Reversible Sukajan Jackets Featuring Himmel, Frieren, and Aura
AKROS has opened preorders for two new embroidered Frieren-inspired sukajan jackets on its official website. Both items are planned for release in late July. The first jacket pairs Frieren and Himmel: one reversible side spotlights Frieren’s signature staff alongside Himmel the Hero’s sword, while the opposite side shows the duo in their anime adaptation designs. The second jacket shifts focus to Aura the Guillotine, with the reverse design celebrating the memorable villain. These unisex jackets are priced at ￥32,780 (about $200) and come in sizes M, L, XL, and XXL.
More Frieren Merch on the Way (Cospa and Good Smile Restock)
This isn’t the only Frieren merchandise coming soon. The franchise continues to show up across new releases and collaborations. In early June, Cospa—the Japanese cosplay and apparel company—previewed a batch of Frieren items slated for September. The lineup ranges from everyday accessories like tote bags and T-shirts to smaller collectibles like keychains and acrylic mugs. In October 2025, both Yamada and Abe said they would be prioritizing their health while also working out how quickly the story will be serialized going forward, and they have not announced a potential return date. The anime is still set to keep the momentum: Season 3 is scheduled for October 2027, and viewers can look forward to the Golden Land Arc being adapted.
