Nintendo and First 4 Figures have confirmed a fresh Super Mario statue planned for release in Q3 2027, with the new collectible inspired by Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Pre-orders are already open at the time of writing, but shoppers will want to account for the noticeably high asking price before committing.
Even as the Super Mario franchise’s 40th anniversary momentum starts to fade, Nintendo continues to roll out fan-focused merchandise. Later this July, Super Mario is teaming up with Crocs for a footwear collaboration plus matching Crocs accessories. The Super Mario x Crocs lineup is set to begin sales on Wednesday, July 15, available through the Nintendo Store, the Crocs website, and additional participating retailers worldwide.
Separately, new online evidence has surfaced suggesting an additional, currently unannounced version of Nintendo Switch 2. The reported details point to a handheld model featuring an updated screen.

At the time of writing, Super Mario Bros. Wonder: Elephant Mario statues—both standard and exclusive editions—are available for pre-order in the US through First 4 Figures’ website.
The Elephant Mario exclusive edition is bundled with two statues: one featuring Elephant Mario and another showing an Elephant Fruit power-up. The standard edition includes only Mario in his elephant form. First 4 Figures also says the designs are based on the first level of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, titled “Welcome to the Flower Kingdom.”
Pricing and MSRP details are as follows:
- Standard edition: MSRP $544.99 before taxes
- Exclusive edition: MSRP $619.99
Neither Nintendo nor First 4 Figures provided a precise release day. However, the collectible is expected to ship to customers sometime in Q3 2027.

Both statue editions come with a limited-time deal that reduces the price by $20 off their MSRP. That puts the standard edition at $524.99 and the exclusive edition at $599.99.
The promotional period ends on Monday, August 10 at 4:00 AM Eastern, giving buyers a short window to lock in the discount.

Even with the steep sticker price, First 4 Figures includes a payment option called Flexipay, letting customers pay in equal monthly installments over a one-year period.
- For example, the standard edition can be purchased with a checkout down payment of $78.75, followed by $446.24 spread across 11 additional installments.
Alternatively, buyers can pay the full amount upfront, or choose to pay a deposit at checkout and then settle the remaining balance in full once the statue is ready to ship.
