There are multiple jump points for different unlock areas, including categories like Other Category, Rhythm Toy Box, Beatspell, and the larger Flipside area, plus sub-sections inside Flipside such as Score Attack and Drum Lessons.

Other Category

To the left of Stage 1, you’ll find the “Other” category. It only becomes available after you complete Remix 1 in Stage 1 with at least the “Good” grade.

Once it’s unlocked, this area includes the following options:

  • Cafe – Sit back and chat with the barista in a cozy cafe, where you may even pick up fun tidbits about the game.
  • Rhythm Toy Box – Try a set of simple rhythm-based games. Earn medals to expand what you can play, and there’s no win/lose pressure—everything is just for fun.
  • Beatspell – Follow the rhythm and cast magic spells while you battle monsters in a mysterious setting. Abracadabra.

Now for the final two secrets that land inside the Other category.

  • Deep Sea – Want to know who made this game? Check the credits… or better yet, play them like a game.
  • Deep Sea unlocks after you finish Stage 6’s Remix. Once the credits finish playing and the entry is added, you can take control of one of three ships shown during the credits scene. Even though it doesn’t appear on the stage list, you’ll still get a rating for it.
  • Flipside – This acts as the doorway into Flipside, and yes, it’s more than just a menu option.
  • Flipside becomes available after clearing Sage 8. It’s a whole separate slice of the game, with additional stages waiting behind it.
  • Deep Sea unlock after completing Stage 6’s Remix. After the credits play, you can control one of the three ships shown in the credits scene, and you’ll receive a rating even though it isn’t listed among the stages.
  • Unlocked after clearing Sage 8. It’s a whole other section of the game, with more stages to go.

Rhythm Toy Box

The games in this section don’t use scoring. Instead, they open up as you accumulate more medals, so your progress here is tied to collecting rather than chasing grades.

Beatspell

For Beatspell, completing a level doesn’t automatically reveal everything. You only unlock what comes next after you reach specific medal totals.

  • Chapter 1: Awakening
  • Chapter 2: Healing Magic – unlocks at 3 medals
  • Chapter 3 – unlocks at 6 medals
  • Chapter 4 – unlocks at 9 medals

Flipside
