LEGO Announces Adult-Only Boba Fett Set Focused on Display-Level Builds
LEGO has revealed a new buildable version of Boba Fett, a model it says is intended for adults aged 18 and up.
While the set carries an adult age rating, LEGO’s designation isn’t tied to including anything that’s inappropriate for kids. Instead, the 18+ label is meant to reflect the model’s building difficulty and its focus as a display item, not as a toy built for child-friendly play. There’s also no sign of LEGO Smart Play features with this release.
The new set, numbered 75455, portrays the bounty hunter in his recognizable Return of the Jedi look. LEGO says the finished figure stands at 41cm (16 inches) tall. As you’d expect from a character this detailed, the design includes his Mandalorian Beskar armor, a Z-6 jetpack, an EE-3 carbine rifle, a flamethrower, concussion rockets, a whipcord launcher, and rocket-dart launcher elements mounted to his kneepads.

One standout design detail is Fett’s fabric cape, which LEGO notes appears properly worn. Alongside the posable buildable Fett model, the set also includes a Boba Fett minifigure plus an information plaque.
This release is part of a wider line of buildable LEGO Star Wars characters that are also marked for ages 18+. Examples include the 1138-piece C-3PO set and the more substantial 2319-piece Chewbacca set. LEGO also categorizes many other products as adult-only on its listings. A separate adult-focused LEGO guide notes that LEGO’s website was listing 209 sets rated 18+ for sale as of June 2026.
That guide adds: “When browsing through them, you’ll notice the diversity of them—how they range from home decor to agriculture to massive pop culture recreations to operable models and toys. There’s no one, correct way to be an adult—or to play like one.”
If you’re interested, Boba Fett is set to “blast” into LEGO stores on August 1. Pricing is listed at $169.99 in the US, £149.99 in the UK, and €169.99 in Europe.
