Once you’ve wrapped up the Genshin Impact “Pioneer Quest,” you can hunt down Frost Moon’s Local Legends—Prism Slime and Mushteshir. Both of these Frost Moon Legends are located inside Ungien’s Circle, though they’re easy to miss if you don’t slow down and look carefully. Each Local Legend also comes with three separate achievements, and finishing them all lets you earn 120 Primogems in total.
Here’s how to find, defeat, and farm the relevant achievements for both bosses.
Prism Slime boss location in Genshin Impact
To locate the Prism Slime Local Legend, follow these steps:
- Teleport to Ungien’s Circle southern Transit Station.
- Head to the south-western Lunar Highlands waypoint.
- Use the southern Fast Transit Lane.
- Keep your eye on the destination marker as you travel.
When you reach the waypoint’s marker, hop out of the Transit Lane and glide down to the spot to unlock it.
After that, travel west toward the Prism Slime boss area.
Before you approach the Local Legend itself, make sure your team is properly built so you can clear the encounter reliably.
Prism Slime boss achievements in Genshin Impact
To complete all Prism Slime achievements, you need to handle three conditions during the fight:
Achievement objective: Defeat Local Legend: Prism Slime.
- Reward: 20 Primogems
- Reward item: 3 Slime Concentrate
Achievement objective: Defeat the Prism Slime before it enters its light-gathering phase for the third time.
- Reward: 20 Primogems
- Reward item: 3 Guide to Moonlight
Achievement objective: Defeat the Prism Slime before it first gathers light and swells—make sure it tries to absorb energy no more than 2 times.
- Reward: 20 Primogems
- Reward item: 25,000 Mora
Mushteshir boss location in Genshin Impact
Mushteshir is found in Kalag Guarding Grounds, within Ungien’s Circle. To reach the Mushteshir boss location, do the following:
- Fast travel to Ungien’s Circle north-western waypoint.
- Move north-east.
- Enter the north-western passage.
- Walk past the crack in the wall.
- Locate the mechanism inside.
Interact with the mechanism, complete the intermediate and advanced validation steps for the verification stages, and then begin the ultimate validation stage to summon Mushteshir as a Local Legend.

During battle, you can paralyze Mushteshir by destroying the four detection devices it summons.
