Find Aria, Sonnet, and Canon: Moon Sisters Locations in Genshin Frost Moon
You can meet the Moon Sisters in Genshin Impact—Aria, Sonnet, and Canon—by exploring the Frost Moon. Head to Bubble Pool, Golden Hall, and Nuur Stone Circle to find them and trigger a special cutscene. Since the Moon Sisters have been tied to major moments in the game’s story, their on-screen appearances are a big deal for lore-focused players.
There’s also a questline to tackle: the “Pioneers” adventure that takes you up to the moon. Use this guide to work through the puzzles and finish the quest.
Moon Sisters Locations in Genshin Impact Frost Moon
While you roam the Frost Moon, check these three spots to see how Aria, Sonnet, and Canon interact in each area:
- Bubble Pool
- Golden Hall
- Nuur Stone Circle
Tracking them down in these locations lets you experience the Moon Sisters in a new light—and it also unlocks a dedicated Achievement for completing the set: Immaculate Eternity and Threefold Transience.
Moon Sisters Location In Bubble Pool
To find the Moon Sisters in Bubble Pool, teleport to the Bubble Pool Transit Station. Travel south toward the lake, then climb up. Use the Floating Ooze and the Moonglow Frostfin Whale to reach the boat and trigger the special scene with the Moon Sisters.
Inside Bubble Pool, Aria gets scolded by Canon for taking a human form. If you watch the interaction, you’ll earn a Precious chest—one possible reward from it is the Frost Moon Seal in Genshin Impact.
Moon Sisters Location In Golden Hall
Start by unlocking the Golden Hall waypoint in Genshin Impact, then fast travel there. When you arrive, defeat the enemy stationed near the Golden Hall Transit Station, and activate the station to spawn the boat.
Ride the boat to trigger a cutscene featuring the Moon Sisters. During the scene, Canon scolds Sonnet for sneaking off to play with humans. By the end of it, you’ll receive two Exquisite chests and one Luxurious chest.
Moon Sisters Location In Nuur Stone Circle
To reach the Moon Sisters in Nuur Stone Circle, you’ll need to satisfy the following requirements:
- Complete the Origin of the Sequence side quest in Nuur Stone Circle.
- Unlock the Nuur Stone Circle facility.
- Reach level 5 in the Nuur Stone Circle facility (described as reaching 90% exploration in Lunar Highlands).
Once those conditions are met, a door behind the Nuur Stone Circle will unlock, leading into the underground portion of the area. Go down there, then sit inside the floating boat to trigger the final Moon Sisters special cutscene in Genshin Impact.
Finding the Moon Sisters across all three locations completes the Genshin Impact Achievement Immaculate Eternity and Threefold Transience.
Columbina Location In Frost Moon
If you head to Traveler’s Crater, you can also find Columbina again after completing the Pioneer Quest in Genshin Impact. From there, use the Transit Lane at the Nuur Stone Circle Transit Station to reach her, trigger the special cut-scene with Columbina, and obtain an additional Lunoculus.
The cutscene also grants the From Morning Till Night Achievement in Genshin Impact.
