A new leak for Grand Theft Auto VI has surfaced online, marking the eighth time footage from the game has appeared publicly. The clip runs for roughly two and a half minutes and, for the first time, includes interior scenes set inside a night club.

The video reportedly begins by showing the protagonist, named Jason, entering the venue and taking a seat. From there, viewers see him positioned under the stage as he watches a dancer, before he leaves the stage area and checks on another woman up close using binoculars.
Beyond the character moments, the footage also leans into familiar series elements—comedy and a dense layer of environmental detail. One clearly visible prop includes a warning sign reading “NO COMING ON THE DANCERS.”
Short clips first as servers buckled under demand
Interest in the material was initially so intense that download servers reportedly became overwhelmed. Mass downloading at the same time caused network congestion, and in the first hours after the leak circulated, only brief segments were available—snippets lasting between two and four seconds.
Eventually, full versions of the recording began to spread, allowing the longer interior sequence to be seen.
Noted upgrades: lighting, reflections, and character physics
The leak’s visual presentation is framed as a major step up from GTA 5, especially in terms of lighting and physical simulation. The night club interior reportedly uses realistic illumination with reflections enabled through ray tracing. NPC crowds also appear more varied, with a wide range of character models visible throughout the scene.
On the physics side, the footage highlights advanced body movement simulation commonly referred to as “jiggle physics.” This is demonstrated during a topless dancer performance on a pole.

The clip also reportedly ends with a new breakaway sequence set in a men’s restroom. However, it does not reveal any major narrative or plot information.

Publication timing is also claimed to be connected to a cryptocurrency campaign promoted by a hacker. Final release reportedly happened after the cryptocurrency reached a target market capitalization of 3 million dollars.
