Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Guide: Build a Fire Warrior with Agamemnon Armor
If you want to turn your melee warrior in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey into a walking source of flame, the Agamemnon armor set is built for exactly that playstyle—and it comes with a clear path to unlocking the full kit.
Agamemnon set: a close-quarters fire-focused build
The Agamemnon armor set is aimed at players who fight in melee while leveraging fire damage. By wearing the complete collection, you gain combat advantages that scale with your character level, including bonuses to warrior damage, fire damage, burning duration, and burn efficiency. With the full set equipped, you also receive an additional bonus to your burn rate.
The set is designed to work even better when paired with the right weapons, engravings, and abilities—specifically including a fiery attack that can summon fire during combat.
What you get: the 5 legendary pieces
The full Agamemnon set consists of five legendary armor parts:
- Helm: Helm of Agamemnon (Legendary)
- Arms: Agamemnon’s gauntlets (Legendary)
- Torso: Agamemnon’s armor (Legendary)
- Waist: Agamemnon’s waist straps (Legendary)
- Legs: Agamemnon’s boots (Legendary)
Mix-and-match visuals without losing the stats
If you like the performance but not the look, you can transfer the armor appearance using designs from other equipment. This lets you keep the Agamemnon bonuses while applying a different visual style—useful if you want the fiery build without committing to the set’s aesthetic.
How to unlock the Agamemnon set: the Silver Veil cultists
To obtain the five pieces, you’ll need to follow the story and hunt the five Silver Veil cultists. In the in-game cultist menu, you can review the Silver Veil targets and use investigation clues to reveal their identities and locations.
The general approach is straightforward: unmask the cultist, travel to the region, complete relevant side content if needed to gather more information, and then defeat the target. Be aware that some cultists may be too strong depending on your current level.
The five Silver Veil targets and their drops
- Epiktetos of the Conveyer: rewarded with gauntlets; obtained automatically through the story (Chapter 3).
- The Chimaira: rewarded with boots; located south on the island of Andros, in a camp.
- The Centaur of Euboia: rewarded with waist straps; located in the north of Euboia, in the Abandoned Mine.
- The Silver Griffin: rewarded with torso armor; located southwest on Mykonos, at Prasonisia.
- Machaon the Dreaded: rewarded with helm; located northwest in Achaia, at Patrai.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey launched in October 2018. A 60 FPS patch was added for PS4 and Xbox One in 2021, improving console performance even today.
