Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How to Complete “Delving Deeper” Quest

Checklists

“Delving Deeper” is a Quest tied to the Sashimi Spire in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, taking place in City Town. It comes after “Fun with Flavors” and asks you to complete the sixth Sashimi Spire upgrade by feeding the structure Sushi Roll x 20. In the previous Quest, Hello Kitty mentioned that Usahana seemed distracted, as if she had something on her mind—this time, you’re tasked with figuring out what’s bothering her.

Help Usahana Relax

Speak with Hello Kitty, who will be posted in her Cafe at Seaside Resort Plaza. She explains that Usahana is pushing herself too hard and says she wants to help.

Then travel to City Town, where Usahana and Hello Kitty will be by the fountain outside the Imagination Cafe. When you talk to Usahana, it’s clear she’s carrying a lot of responsibilities—prompting Hello Kitty to insist that Usahana needs a day to rest.

Hello Kitty and Usahana head toward the park, and you’re asked to handle the snacks. Go to the Imagination Cafe and prepare the following dishes at the Chef’s Station:

  • Sakura Boba Tea x 3
    • Tea Leaves x 3 — bought at Imagination Cafe PC using City Coins
    • Tapioca x 3 — bought at Imagination Cafe PC using City Coins
    • Sakura x 3 — gathered from trees in Merry Meadow
    • OPTIONAL: Coral Milk (found in Rainbow Reef) or Honeycomb (from Wish me mell’s return gift)

After you craft the Boba Tea, give one each to Hello Kitty and Usahana. You can find them in the park on the right side of City Town, near the City Critter Park Fast Travel Mailbox.

Hello Kitty distributes coloring supplies, while Usahana opens up about her worries: she believes the people won’t be content in City Town because there’s simply too much happening. She maintains that she can’t slow down—especially since she feels she hasn’t done enough for Kirimi-chan.

You’re awarded Usahana’s Drawing and Hello Kitty’s Drawing when the Quest wraps up. Hello Kitty says she’s determined to keep helping Usahana relax and won’t quit.

Upgrade the Sashimi Spire

This is the endpoint of the “Delving Deeper” Quest, but there’s still one last Sashimi Spire upgrade you must complete to unlock a final Quest. Use the checklist below to see exactly what the Spire needs—because this is the biggest request yet.

This is also the biggest batch of Imagination Cafe food you’ll have to produce in the game. Set Usahana as your Companion to double how much food you make, and you’ll save a significant amount of resources.

For more details on what you can use to craft these items, check the Chef’s Station recipes guide.
