Hello Kitty Island Adventure Vogue Rogue Guide: City Town Quest Locations
Hello Kitty Island Adventure keeps its City Town Quest momentum rolling with “Vogue Rogue”, a continuation of the storyline where Tuxedosam is designing outfits for friends and getting ready to host a fashion show. This quest picks up after “Critter Couture”, and it’s structured around a simple loop: check in with Tuxedosam, watch Chococat model his updated look, then collaborate with Cinnamoroll to create inspiration through custom Plush Pals.
Where “Vogue Rogue” Fits in the City Town Fashion Story
“Vogue Rogue” continues the City Town Quest arc that started with Tuxedosam working on clothing projects for his friends. It follows earlier steps in the same chain—“Fashion Forward,” “Tailor’s Block,” “The Fruits of Fashion,” and “Critter Couture.” Once you complete “Critter Couture,” you can start this new quest right away.
The premise for this one is straightforward: you’ll see Chococat’s new outfit and then help Tuxedosam design an outfit for Cinnamoroll, using a practical customization task as the bridge between viewing one finished look and generating ideas for the next.

Unveil Chococat’s New Outfit
To kick things off, you’ll need to talk to Tuxedosam. Where you find him depends on how much time has passed since you wrapped up “Critter Couture.” If it’s been a while, he may be at his shop in the Seaside Resort; otherwise, he might still be hanging around in City Town.
Once you speak with him, Tuxedosam tells you that Chococat’s outfit is ready. Your next step is to meet Chococat at his tent by the Seaside Resort Gate, then talk to him so he can model the new look. At first, Chococat seems uncertain because the design is noticeably bold, but that hesitation doesn’t last—he ultimately decides he likes it a lot.
After the modeling moment, check back with Tuxedosam. He tells you it’s time to return to City Town to locate his next model, setting up the collaboration phase of the quest.
Design Plush Pals With Cinnamoroll
Now you’ll head to the customization area. Go to the Piano Plush Pals Shop, which is at the end of the street on the right side of City Town. Inside, you’ll find Cinnamoroll, who is there delivering items to My Sweet Piano. Talk to Cinnamoroll, and he proposes that you customize Plush Pals together so Tuxedosam can use the results for more outfit inspiration.
The core task is hands-on. You must use the machine in the center of Piano Plush Pals to customize one Plush Pal. You can start by customizing something you already own, or a Plush Pal you made earlier. If you don’t have any Plush Pals available, you’ll need to buy one by interacting with the counter before you can proceed.
Each Plush Pal you customize can cost different amounts of Thread or Fabric, Wool, City Coins, and other ingredients, depending on which Plush Pal type you choose. After selecting your Plush Pal, you must customize at least one element of it.
Customization requirements will vary based on the color or pattern you pick. In particular, you’ll need colored Dyes for many options. Those dyes come from donating items to the Recycling Plant in Rainbow Reef, meaning your ability to match certain looks may depend on what you’ve already collected and recycled.
When you finish customizing, talk to Tuxedosam again to see his and Cinnamoroll’s Plush Pals. During this check-in, Tuxedosam has a realization: Cinnamoroll is always serving others. That insight flips a switch for him, and he becomes excited to create an outfit specifically for Cinnamoroll.
To wrap up the quest, leave the shop and talk to Tuxedosam right outside. He asks for a little bit of time to prepare Cinnamoroll’s outfit as the quest concludes.
