Disney Dreamlight Valley Honeyglow Woods Expansion Sets July 8, 2026 Release
Disney Dreamlight Valley is gearing up for its next paid expansion, Honeyglow Woods, releasing on July 8, 2026. The update adds new story beats with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore, alongside fresh gameplay systems, new areas, and launch-week rewards tied to Twitch.
Honeyglow Woods launch details
Honeyglow Woods arrives as a paid Adventure Pack, a new expansion format positioned as a smaller experience than earlier additions such as Wishblossom Ranch and A Rift in Time. It brings the classic Hundred Acre Wood characters into the Valley and is set to launch on July 8, 2026.
Along with the expansion, Dreamlight Valley players who own the base game will receive an updated Fast Travel menu plus a collection of bug fixes and general improvements. The expansion itself includes Friendship Quests, new Critters, Recipes, and more, with the full feature list detailed below.
New Content (Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack owners)
- Start the adventure by planting a Tree Sprout, which grows into a magical, glowing tree gateway. You can place this gateway anywhere in your Valley (or in your base game Floating Islands), and you can remove or replace it at any time.
- Use special portals found in Honeyglow Woods that take you directly to Scrooge McDuck’s Store and Chez Remy.
- Once the gateway is placed, cross to the other side—though something has gone seriously wrong there. The journey also won’t be a solo one.
- Meet Pooh Bear first, then track down Eeyore, and finally Piglet.
- Bring Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet back to your Valley. They arrive with their own homes, plus Friendship Quests and Rewards.
- Explore four new regions and uncover the mystery of Honeyglow Woods: Drowsybloom Acres, Gloommeadow, Braveheart Grove, and Nectar Apiary.
- Use the honey you gather to craft new honey-based recipes and furniture, including Warm Milk & Honey, Honeycrunch Bar, Pooh’s Birthday Cake, Honeypot Lamp, Cozy Honeyleaf Rug, and more.
- Learn a brand-new mechanic: Beekeeping. Place flowers around a Busy Bees’ House to pollinate them and generate more honey. Once a Busy Bees’ House is fully pollinated, it boosts the growth speed of nearby flowers.
- Move Busy Bees’ Houses into any of your other biomes, including your base game Valley.
- Keep an eye out for the adorable new Hedgehogs, which include their own Photo Mode poses.
- Interact with a Honeyglow bridge in the Gloommeadow to play Pooh Sticks. This provides a new way to interact and to level up Friendship Levels with villagers to unlock their exclusive rewards.
- Honeyglow Woods is playable on all platforms. In addition, Adventure Pack owners receive 2,000 Moonstones to spend as they like.
- If you’re new to Disney Dreamlight Valley, you can get Honeyglow Woods plus the base game with 10,000 Moonstones included. (That Moonstone currency can be used for exclusive furniture and clothing in the Premium Shop.)
- Buy and begin the adventure before July 22 to unlock an exclusive Rainy Day Winnie the Pooh Dream Style, delivered via an in-game mailbox.
Launch Day Twitch Drops
- Between July 8th at 10:00 AM EDT and July 15th at 9:59 AM EDT, players can watch select partnered creators on Twitch to unlock Piglet’s Clothesline.
Fast Travel update and general improvements (all players)
- A refreshed Fast Travel menu adds more context and clarity to the feature, with the ability to favorite the locations you visit most often.
Top changes and bug fixes (all players)
- Fixed a problem where Raindrops visuals weren’t showing on multiple platforms.
- Fixed cases where certain visuals failed to appear, including Highland Will-O’-Wisps, Dragonflies, Autumnal Clock Tower books, The Butterfly Tiara, and Enchanted Shooting Stars.
- Added a brush icon to the Basic Toga Dress to indicate it’s a Touch of Magic item.
- Resolved an issue on Apple Arcade where motifs couldn’t be placed in Photo Mode.
- Fixed a bug where Daisy Design Challenges could be completed using Decoration Preset mirages.
- Corrected broken sock textures when wearing the Midnight Sun Slippers.
- Fixed an issue where Medium and Large Painted Cottage chests were missing from Scrooge Delivery.
- Fixed a group-mode problem where Undo affected items one-by-one when moving a set of items to a different biome.
- Fixed distorted character faces on the Reward Screen when equipping certain umbrellas.
- Fixed Equine Delicacies quest progress where players might not receive the Stainless Steel Pot Lid.
- Known issue: the Interlude 2: The Gloomy Hollow quest may cause Eeyore to get stuck. The problem can be avoided by removing at least two obstacles from his path. This will be fully addressed in the next update.
What to watch next
The next scheduled patch is titled A Hero’s Journey, and the update is expected to continue addressing the Honeyglow-related issues mentioned above, including the known quest snag involving Eeyore.
