Destiny Rogue Walkthrough: Stealth Quest Guide From Levels 5–10 to 19
This walkthrough is for players who’d rather slip through the shadows, overhear secrets, and keep the tavern stories for later—because, sure, you can fight your way through every step, but you’re doing this like a proper rogue. The quest chain runs in stages, starting at the Level 5–10 bracket and continuing up through the big “end battle” at Level 19.
Level 5–10
Start by finding Nadini. She lives in a house tucked down an alley in the southeast area of the city. After leaving the Thirsty Dog Inn, head to the right and continue down the rightmost road. Keep going until you reach a bridge, then follow the way forward until you spot stairs. Climb up, turn left, and talk to Nadini.
After that conversation, return to the Thirsty Dog Inn and speak with Tina. She’ll ask you to sneak after a man named Arias. Before you step outside, make sure your hiding skill has at least one point. You can access it by clicking the second button from the left at the top of your screen, or by pressing the P key. Once you’ve got the point, go outside and activate hiding using H or your hiding skill in the hotbar, then head toward the harbor.
To reach the harbor, go left after exiting the Thirsty Dog Inn area, then cross the bridge and keep following the trail until you reach the water. Pass beneath the Rum’n’Rumble Inn—the large ship structure on poles—and you’ll trigger a cutscene. While doing this quest, don’t kill any guards. Once Arias disappears, come back to the Thirsty Dog Inn and talk to Tina again. When you finish, go back outside; the ladder you need is near Nadini’s house, on the right after you climb up the stairs.
Climb additional stairs until you reach the next ladder beside a bodyguard. When the bodyguard is down, approach the ladder and press U to climb. On the roof, eliminate the remaining bodyguards, then move to the far side. When you reach the end of that rooftop stretch, jump down to the roof below, then jump again onto the grassy roof. Walk left a bit and lean back to watch the cutscene. After it ends, drop to the ground and head back to the Thirsty Dog Inn to tell Tina what you overheard.
Sigurd will then ask you to speak with Si-Khu, who waits near the door inside the Thirsty Dog Inn. Once you receive the scroll, leave through the West Gate and take the left trail. Continue until you spot Ninus, then go left to find Arias’s camp. Talk to Arias, then take the right-hand trail, and when it splits again, go right a second time. Kill the slaves and keep following the path until you reach the entrance to the volcano. Inside, just stick to the downhill path through the first camp.
Ignore the two climbing points you see at first—they don’t lead anywhere. In the initial camp, there’s a route that climbs upward, but you should leave that for a later quest. For now, continue right over the bridge and fight through everything you encounter. Be careful around the tents: enemies inside can be hard to spot until it’s too late. Bringing a couple of healing potions is a smart move here. Work your way down the stairs and, as you move through, you’ll eventually meet Shenti-Aku. Speak with him and you’ll get a choice: one option leads to a fight, while the other avoids it.
Either choice completes the quest, so you won’t be punished for picking the more roleplay-friendly route. Still, the fighting option grants loot and experience, and it’s there for players who want the satisfaction of clearing the threat. When you finish, return to Arias and report back. Afterward, head down to the harbor the same way you reached the White Sands Isle earlier. Redrik stands on the wharf—give him the letter and wish him luck.
To keep the destiny questline moving, you must be Level 10. At that point, switch to daytime and continue leveling and questing as normal.
Level 10–15
Once you reach Level 10, talk to Tina to continue the destiny questline. Her next job is to spy on Ulric, who can be found outside his house next to Nadini’s shack. Ulric patrols while two guards hover nearby and remain hostile. You can kill those guards without needing to worry about Ulric attacking you, though it’s not strictly required. If you’d rather keep it quiet, use hide and stay out of the way—otherwise Ulric will wander aimlessly. Follow him to Bartholomew’s shop, enter, and take the scroll. Then go back to the Thirsty Dog Inn and hand the scroll to Tina.
Next, head toward the volcano again, but this time go into the house you previously passed on the way up. Inside the mansion, take the stairs upward and turn left. You’ll find some enemies there, but they shouldn’t pose much trouble. Continue through the rooms until you reach a prism stand; use it to disable the barrier. Head back downstairs, then go through the door between the stairs and take the right corridor. Continue until you find Mithrelle and the stand holding the scroll. Use the scroll and return to Tina.
Tina explains that Nadini wants to speak with you, so go to Nadini’s house and listen. After speaking with Nadini, visit Arias. Now you need to locate Casilda, who is inside the Thirsty Dog Inn. Once you have her blood, head back to the volcano and take the path you previously skipped. Eventually you’ll hit a dead end with a climbing point—walk up to it and press U to climb to the top. That completes the first chunk of the quest.
Ahead is a camp, but you don’t have to wipe every enemy there. A mini-boss patrols, so you can pull him out without stepping fully into the camp. Your destination lies across a bridge to the right as you come up, which means you can potentially avoid the camp entirely. Once you cross the bridge, there’s another camp full of mobs—clear them, then cross the second bridge. Since there’s only one route forward, push upward by killing what you see as you go. Near the end, a boss waits. The fight can be a little rough, but it’s manageable. When he’s defeated, climb the stairs to find a vial of blood on top of wooden crates; use it to finish the quest, then return to Arias.
To continue the destiny questline from here, you need to be Level 15. Switch to daytime and keep going through the usual leveling and quest steps.
Level 15–19
At Level 15, talk to Tina again. She wants you to kill Ulric. Go to his house beside Nadini’s shack and enter. You can either kill the mansion guards or sneak by them—either approach works out the same. Continue up the stairs until Ulric is found sleeping in his bed. To end it, stand next to the bed and press U. After Ulric is dead, return to the Thirsty Dog Inn and give Tina the bloodied sword.
Next, you need to steal a medallion from Strom. Entering the castle doesn’t happen through the front door; instead, go down to the harbor and climb the two long ladders there. Get through the back entrance, then descend the stairs straight ahead and turn right. Don’t deal with the left-side room yet since you’ll circle back later. When you reach the ladders again, climb down to get behind Strom. Walk up to him and use him to steal the key. Climb back up, return to the room you ignored earlier, then clear the guards and unlock the treasury door. Once you’ve secured the medallion, bring it back to Tina.
Level 19
At Level 19, speak with Valeria. Before you start, bring potions—this stage is likely to throw tougher resistance at you, and once you begin the End Battle you can’t leave until it’s finished. Valeria also tells you that before you go after Strom, you must first talk to Nadini. On the way there, you’ll need to liberate both the Noble District and the Southern City.
Leave the Inn and head toward Nadini. Guards and a mini-boss will be waiting after the bridge. It’s possible to single-pull one or two guards without drawing the attention of the Red Hand Sergeant, which makes the fight easier. Pull and kill the Sergeant to liberate the Southern City, then continue toward Nadini’s house.
Outside Nadini’s home, you’ll find Tarisha on the ground as a mini-boss. Defeat her to liberate the Noble District. Then step inside Nadini’s house, kill the guard within, and speak to Nadini. She rewards you with the Phoenix Medallion, an important piece for your destiny quest. After you get it, go back the way you came—because the route to the harbor is blocked. Instead, take the other path down toward the harbor.
Delia is waiting across the second bridge with guards positioned around her. As before, you can try single-pulling guards to reduce pressure. When Delia is dead, the Northern City is liberated. As you move toward the harbor, you’ll see a barricade. Draw your weapon and attack it; once it’s destroyed, you’ll be dropped into a large clash between the resistance and the Red Hand guards.
Don’t get stuck fighting the entire battle, since guards keep spawning and will eventually overwhelm you. Avoid the fight completely and push past. The Red Hand High Priest waits at the wharf—kill him to liberate the harbor. Then head toward the lighthouse and clear the guards in your path. You’ll find a second barricade; destroy it the same way you handled the first. Once it breaks, guards will attack immediately, so there’s no reason to sheath your weapon again.
The next mini-boss is Sakumbe. You aren’t liberating anything here, but you should still defeat him anyway. When you reach the lighthouse, go behind it and onto the boat. Stepping onto the boat begins the Strom fight, so be ready.
You’ll face several waves of Strom’s bodyguards. Keep health and stamina potions on hand, and rest between waves. After the last bodyguard is eliminated, Strom attacks right away—make sure you have enough health and stamina to survive the confrontation. When Strom finally falls, step off the boat and speak with Kalanthes. From there, you’ll be sent to your character’s homeland to continue searching for your memory.
