LEGO Fan Builds Fallout 3 Power Armor MOC With Weapon and Movable Details
A LEGO fan has been showing off an impressive custom build: a brick-built character wearing the Power Armor look from Fallout 3, complete with a weapon, extra detailing, and movable-looking elements. The creator shared multiple screenshots of the in-progress armor on social media, letting viewers study how the suit comes together.
Release/Platform Notes: what’s coming, what’s rumored
Separately from the LEGO project, there’s been fresh chatter around new Fallout activity—alongside a claim that a new Fallout title was canceled early in 2026. Meanwhile, a possible Fallout 3 remaster has been discussed in rumor form, with some speculation pointing to the first half of 2027. On the LEGO side, an early-July leak suggested several yet-to-be-announced sets tied to properties including Zootopia, Winnie-the-Pooh, Harry Potter, and Fortnite could land in 2027.
MOC stands for My Own Creation, a term used for custom LEGO designs that typically aren’t built from an official, pre-made blueprint. For years, makers have used MOC projects to represent characters, locations, and vehicles from franchises that don’t always have an official LEGO set. One earlier example in the community involved a Fallout fan building a LEGO MOC mini-figure of Mr. Handy from parts they already had available.
LEGO Fan Crafts Fallout 3’s T-45 Power Armor
Even though the build is still a work in progress, one Fallout 3 fan shared their take on a Power Armor suit from the series. Reddit user Inevitable-Slip9433 posted the T-45 Power Armor MOC on the LEGO subreddit using seven separate screenshots. The armor is built mostly with gray bricks, with additional accents showing black, yellow, and green elements across the figure.
The creator outfitted the model with a gun held in the right hand, and a power cell placed at the right hip. On the left side, the hand is built with articulation so it can form different poses and gestures—one of the shots includes a thumbs-up.

Across the photo set, each screenshot is taken from a different viewpoint, including a rear angle and a close-up of the T-45 helmet. A circular yellow brick is placed on the top of the helmet to represent a headlamp. When the builder’s unfinished work was shared, another Reddit user noted that the helmet design could be difficult to pull off, but still expressed confidence that the creator could manage it.
Inevitable-Slip9433 explained that the Fallout 3 Power Armor build took several days to complete, and they said they were aiming to match the look of Power Armor seen in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. They also pointed out that the Power Armor suits in Fallout 4 tend to appear bulkier, because those versions function more like walking vehicles compared to earlier iterations.
The LEGO MOC comes during a busy stretch for the brand. An early July leak claimed that six unannounced LEGO sets—spanning Zootopia, Winnie-the-Pooh, Harry Potter, and Fortnite—were planned for release in 2027. Since HBO’s Harry Potter TV series is set to premiere in December, the idea was that a LEGO set tied to the franchise could arrive at a particularly convenient time for fans.
On the Fallout side, discussion hasn’t stopped around a potential remake of Fallout 3. Even though Fallout 3 wasn’t shown during the June Xbox Games Showcase, one ongoing rumor suggests a Fallout 3 remaster could drop within the first half of 2027. As of the time of this report, Bethesda has not confirmed whether a Fallout 3 remaster is actually in development, so players are advised to keep expectations in check until any official announcement arrives.
