NTE Shinku Banner Rewards: Glider, Livery, Skin—Plus a Limited Catch

NTE: Neverness to Everness has officially detailed the rewards tied to Shinku’s limited-time banner, giving players a clear reason to pull while the character is available. The bonus track includes a one-of-a-kind glider, a themed livery for a special motorcycle, and a dedicated skin for NTE’s newest S-Class addition.

As the open-world action RPG prepares to roll out its second post-launch update, NTE is stacking multiple new reasons to log in. Version 1.2 is set to add two new playable characters—Shinku and Iroi—arriving as the newest S-Class units in the game. On top of the character releases, Hotta Studio is also preparing several new mini-games, including a roguelike mode that appears to take inspiration from games like Elden Ring: Nightreign. With Shinku’s banner expected to debut alongside the update, the studio is effectively tying the new content cycle to the banner schedule, making this one of the more important pulls for fans who want to get in early with the next wave of characters.

Here’s where to find all Wandering Puppets to complete the Lonely Player Anomaly Commission in NTE.

NTE Players Can Get Special Shinku Rewards for a Limited Time

  • Available from July 8 until July 28.
  • 50 pulls: Overcast Canopy Glider
  • 120 pulls: Hidden Dragon Blizzard-V4 Livery
  • 200 pulls: Student of Terrasea Shinku skin.

NTE has also laid out the Resolve Perks reward tiers that run alongside Shinku’s gacha event. Hitting 50 pulls unlocks the Overcast Canopy Glider, described as a pair of dark, flame-like wings that appear while gliding through Hethereau. Going up to 120 pulls grants the Hidden Dragon Blizzard-V4 Livery, meant for use with NTE’s Blizzard-V4 motorcycle. The top tier requires 200 gacha pulls, awarding the Student of Terrasea skin that depicts Shinku in her school uniform. Shinku’s Resolve Perks are scheduled for the full banner window, starting July 8 and expected to close on July 28. For free-to-play players, reaching the 200-pull mark within a three-week span may be a tall order.

Shinku is shaping up to be a major addition to NTE’s playable roster, especially since her debut is tied directly to the Version 1.2 update. The game recently showcased Shinku in a new Combat Showcase trailer, highlighting her fast-paced attack patterns and an Ultimate that enhances her standard combo flow. She’s positioned as a Cosmos DPS character, built around accelerating her damage through the structure of her kit. Hotta Studio has also already previewed at least one launch skin for Shinku—the Dragonhunter skin—featuring scaled armor themed to the character.

NTE’s Version 1.2 livestream on June 27 offered an early view of what’s coming with the update beyond new faces on the character select screen. Among the headline additions is 999 Nights, a new roguelike mode that brings its own separate progression system. In this mode, players collect weapons and gear to strengthen their characters as they push forward. The Draco vehicle is also being introduced as the first vehicle in the game to support a long-requested capability: Shinku can drive the motorcycle. Previously, only Esper Zero had access to driving vehicles. The patch won’t be limited to mode additions either; NTE will be running multiple events during Version 1.2, ranging from bonus Fishing rewards to extra Gold from Pink Paws Heist.

Looking past Version 1.2, Hotta Studio is also signaling that more content is in the pipeline, including additional characters beyond Shinku and Iroi. While the game has not officially confirmed any future units yet, it’s likely that Version 1.3 characters will be revealed in the days immediately after the 1.2 update lands. Early rumors point to Linko and Exe as potential S-Class featured characters for Version 1.3. More names have also been floated for later in the Version 1 cycle, including Alphard, Nitsa, and Akane, suggesting the roster will keep expanding steadily as the update sequence continues. For players, the steady flow of new units is part of what keeps NTE feeling like it’s constantly moving forward.
