  • War Asset: Shadow Broker Wet Squad (25 TMS)

Meet Barla Von

  • Prerequisite: Complete “Priority: Palaven”
  • Location: Serpent Nebula – Widow – Citadel – Presidium Commons

Once you clear “Priority: Palaven,” you can visit the Presidium Commons for the first time. Go to the balcony on the northwestern side of Meridian Place (near Apollo’s Cafe) and look for Liara sitting at one of the tables.

Talk to Liara there, and she’ll point you to Barla Von. If you’ve been through earlier events chasing down Urdnot Wrex to expose Saren, Barla Von may feel familiar.

Barla Von is located behind the counter in the western-most portion of the Presidium Commons, identified as the Bank. Speak with him to learn that the Shadow Broker—referenced as “Tap to Reveal”—wants Shepard to retrieve a Wet Squad hiding inside the Krogan DMZ.

Find the Wet Squad

  • Prerequisite: Complete “Priority: Sur’Kesh”
  • Location: Krogan DMZ – Dranek – Rothla

After you talk with Barla Von in the Presidium Commons, travel to the Krogan DMZ. On your galaxy map, the area should be highlighted in white, since it’s also where a few other missions are active.

Start by leaving the Aralak system: fly to the green border, then continue “northwest” into the Dranek System.

In Dranek, find the outer-most planet, Rothla, in the “eastern” part of the system. Use Scan to confirm there’s something to discover, then select Rothla to begin orbiting.

Once you’re in orbit, use your scanner and follow the white direction line shown in the cursor to identify a point of interest. Launch a probe at that spot to retrieve the Shadow Broker Wet Squad. The recovered squad is worth 25 TMS.

While you’re in the Krogan DMZ, it may also be worth grabbing the other Search and Rescue items that are available there.

Inform Barla Von

When you’ve completed the retrieval, return to the Citadel and talk to Barla Von again to finish the mission.
