Riddle Me This

Assassin’s Creed Mirage: All Enigma Clues and Hints

Enigmas are collectible notes tucked into city spaces that provide a coded hint pointing you to another spot. That hint can come in the form of either a letter or a hand-drawn image. If you track down the location described by the clue and uncover what’s hidden there, you’ll earn special rewards including Talismans and Outfit Dyes.

More Enigma details and solutions can be found in the comprehensive Enigma Solutions guide below.

You Snooze, You Lose

To earn the You Snooze, You Lose trophy, you have to pickpocket a guard who is affected by a blowdart. Since most guards can’t be pickpocketed, your choices for this trophy are quite limited—especially if you’ve already found and looted all Gear Chests and Mysterious Shards.

That said, a strong approach is to steal from a guard carrying keys used to open doors for Gear Chests. The guide’s recommended target is Abbasiyah – Gear Chest 4.

There is also a guard with a key located in the Harbor Camp, and another key carrier on the rooftop of the Bazaar.

If you already grabbed those keys, then pickpocketing anyone carrying Mysterious Shards while you’re under blowdart effects will still count toward the trophy.

You can also find opportunities during story progress, including during the Warlord Investigation mission, Bird Trap.

In the end, one of the remaining options shows up during the The Trade Delegate Contract, where you must steal a key from a guard.

If you run out of options, the only solution is to reload a very early save or begin a new game. The earliest you can unlock blowdart access is around the Ali ibn Muhammad Investigation.

Curio Collector

After discovering Nur’s Lead during the Ali ibn Muhammad Investigation, Dervis’ Artifacts become obtainable. These prized items are found on the person of eighteen individuals throughout Baghdad. You can exchange the artifacts for upgrade materials (Steel, Leather, and Components), and the final payoff is an exclusive Costume.

Shakiriyya guards only show up once you’ve reached maximum notoriety. For more on notoriety mechanics, consult the comprehensive guide on How to Lower Your Notoriety Meter Quickly.

Silencer

While using Eagle Vision, look for guards carrying horns on their waist belts—these items glow yellow. If they notice you, the guard will blow the horn to call for reinforcements. Because of that, taking these guards out first is a good idea if you’re planning to fight aggressively or if you feel your stealth approach could fail. Guards who have a clear shot may even be able to break the horn from range using a properly placed throwing knife.

Unstoppable

To accomplish this, you first need to unlock the Assassin’s Focus ability during the main story. Then, in the skill tree, purchase Assassin’s Focus Capacity 1 and 2 upgrades. Once you’ve done that, you can unlock the ability to kill five guards in a single use of Assassin’s Focus.

Eagle’s Will

This method was first shared by YouTuber HarryNinetyFour. One of the easiest ways to earn the Eagle’s Will trophy is to use snakes.

To begin, head northwest from the Oasis Viewpoint in the Wilderness West area. It’s not far west of the Abbasiyah district.

Along the northern side of the riverbank, you’ll eventually reach a large cluster of boulders. On top of these rocks, several snakes are coiled up and ready to attack if they’re disturbed.

When you’re ready, disturb one of the two snakes, then climb onto the nearby rock ledge so you’re just out of their reach. Stand there for ten minutes while the snake keeps trying to strike you, and you should earn the Eagle’s Will trophy.

Alternatively, you can keep a single guard alive during combat. The easiest survival strategy is to circle an object to keep distance from the enemy and then dodge incoming attacks for the rest of the time.

This approach carries more risk, but it can be completed alongside the Notorious trophy, which requires you to remain at maximum notoriety for ten minutes. Since you can earn two trophies at once this way, it may be the best option if you’re also aiming for the platinum trophy.

Gifted Escapist

To get the Gifted Escapist trophy, you must collapse 20 scaffolding structures. Even though scaffolding appears throughout Baghdad—mostly in narrow alleys and under archways—tracking down each one can be difficult.

A helpful shortcut is mentioned by YouTuber Let’s Talk Assassin’s Creed: a location with two scaffoldings placed close together. To reach it, go to The Great Garrison in the southeastern corner of the Karkh district.

From the middle of the main entrance, look east toward the small archway near the Historical Site. Beneath that archway, you’ll find a scaffolding attached to the wall—pull it down.

Next, exit the archway toward The Great Garrison and head north toward the nearby bridge. A little to the left of the bridge, another scaffolding is attached to a wall—pull that one down as well.

Scaffolding can take some time to respawn. To speed up the process, you can force respawns by leaving the area. Continue north across the river and head over the next bridge just north of the Harbor Camp. After crossing, return to the scaffolding spots; they should be back. Repeat until the Gifted Escapist trophy triggers.

There’s also a faster alternative involving reloads. Before pulling down the first scaffolding, create a save. Pull down both scaffoldings in the area. Once the second one is down, reload your save and repeat this loop until the trophy pops.
