Participants will also be able to earn exclusive rewards. These include character and weapon skins, emblems, banners, and a special title called “Primero en la lucha”. The rewards are tied to your account and will be available in the final version of the game.

What’s new in the beta: Horde Siege

This first beta phase is designed to stress-test Horde Siege, described as an evolution of the classic Horde mode. The mode will feature larger maps, more players, and “much more spectacular” battles as you take on the swarm.

If you’ve already downloaded the beta, the next step is simply waiting for the servers to open—then gearing up with the Lancer to tackle the Horde. Gears of War: E-Day launches in full on October 6 for Xbox Series, PC, and Xbox Game Pass.
