Black Ops 2 Zombies Bank Guide: Store and Transfer Points Fast
Black Ops 2 Zombies has a standout feature: a dedicated Bank where you can stash and later retrieve Points. If you’re aiming for low-round Easter eggs (or just trying to set up smoother runs for you and your squad), the Bank can be a big help. You can store up to 250,000 Points, and the system is built to let you move that value between games.
That said, Wonder Weapons aren’t the only high-round plan in Black Ops 2 Zombies—so you’ll also want to lean on practical wall purchases and box pulls as part of your overall meta.
Important limits: the Bank is Online only. You can’t use it in LAN play, and you need an internet connection. It’s also not present in Mob of the Dead or Origins. When it comes to where it does work, it applies only to the Victis Crew in Tranzit, Die Rise, and Buried.
How Does the Bank Work in Black Ops 2 Zombies?
The Bank’s core function is simple: it lets you save up to 250,000 Points. From there, you can pull those Points out in later matches—even if your character died in the meantime. The key detail is that storage isn’t locked to a single map. If you deposit Points in Tranzit, you can withdraw them in another Tranzit session, or even in Buried, and the same cross-map logic applies in the other direction.
To use the system, interact with the bank key on the right to deposit Points. Deposits happen in chunks of 1,000. To withdraw, interact with the bank key on the left, which pulls out 900 Points at a time, since the remaining 100 Points are kept by the Bank.
In Tranzit and Buried, there’s an extra way to trigger withdrawals. You can use Galvaknuckles (along with a Bowie Knife + Pack-a-Punch Ballistic Knife) to melee the floor beneath the bank keys. Doing so turns the stored withdrawal into a Power-Up that your friends can grab.
Tranzit – Bank Location
The Tranzit Bank sits in Town. Get to Town (the area that comes after the Power Station). Once you arrive, the first building on your right is the Bank. To get inside, you must throw a grenade (or another explosive) at the Bank vault to break it open.
After entering, look to your right to find the bank keys. The key on the right is for depositing, while the key on the left is for withdrawing.
Die Rise – Bank Location
In Die Rise, the Bank is located in the Showers. You can find the Showers to the left of the room with the Power Switch. To handle deposits and withdrawals, interact with the bottom of each shower: the left shower is for depositing Points, and the right shower is for withdrawing.
These showers are positioned directly opposite the boiler and sink area, where you can find a Sliquifier part.
Buried – Bank Location
In Buried, the Bank is housed in the building next to the General Store. The front door to the Bank is locked, so you’ll need to approach from behind the building. Head to the side across from the Candy Store.
From there, climb the stairs and then drop into the Bank area through the hole in the wall. Once inside, the left teller is used to deposit, and the right teller is used to withdraw.
