Mizkif, co-founder of the streaming organization OTK, has been fighting a legal battle involving two former colleagues since late 2025. His lawsuit was formally filed in November 2025 against Emiru and OTK co-founder Asmongold, with Mizkif seeking punitive damages. The demand is tied to the fallout from controversy connected to his removal from OTK.
In the complaint, Mizkif alleges that Emiru accused him of harassment, while Asmongold is also named as part of the dispute. Mizkif claims that the actions and statements attributed to Emiru and Asmongold did serious harm to his standing as a creator.
Separately, ExtraEmily has reportedly been hit with a temporary suspension from streaming on Twitch. The suspension follows an on-stream incident that occurred while she was driving her car.
Mizkif Says He’s Moving Forward With the Emiru Case
In a recent YouTube update, Mizkif walked through the current state of his lawsuit against Emiru. He reviewed portions of his case and argued that Emiru’s allegations are not true. Mizkif also pushed back on a claim Emiru made earlier on a livestream, stating he did not “admit to everything” as she had suggested.
He further argued that Emiru’s statements—and those attributed to former OTK co-founder Asmongold—did significant damage to his reputation. Mizkif also said the situation cost him friendships, emphasizing the personal and professional impact he believes the allegations caused.
Mizkif said that a magistrate judge recommended he continue pursuing the lawsuit against Emiru. In his telling, the judge indicated that the statements made by Emiru were “reasonably capable of a defamatory meaning.” Mizkif was careful to clarify that this was not a final ruling, describing it instead as a court suggestion to move forward with the case.
Alongside the update on Emiru, Mizkif also addressed his lawsuit involving Asmongold. Mizkif said the magistrate judge recommended that he dismiss the case against Asmongold without prejudice in the same court. The implication, as Mizkif described it, is that he may have the ability to bring the dispute back later.
The judge also urged Mizkif to pursue arbitration and to pause or “stay” the proceedings involving OTK, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs. Mizkif said he ultimately rejected the arbitration recommendation. The court filing also reportedly advised Mizkif to submit a more definitive statement to the court, including specific quotations from Emiru’s livestream and evidence intended to challenge or disprove her claims.
The allegations tied to Mizkif became one of the most talked-about controversies in streaming. Emiru’s original claims accused Mizkif of multiple serious offenses, including emotional abuse, sexual assault, and neglecting to feed her pet rabbits—claims Emiru says led to their deaths.
Those accusations reportedly encouraged other streamers to come forward with their own allegations. One example mentioned is Twitch streamer Quqco, who similarly accused Mizkif of sexual assault.
Mizkif’s legal battle has already moved into responses from the other side. Asmongold shared his own reaction to the dispute, and later took formal steps in court. In February 2026, Asmongold filed a motion to dismiss the case against him, arguing that Mizkif did not present valid claims against Asmongold within the lawsuit.
As part of this, Asmongold’s lawyer also addressed potential public comments made during streams. The legal position presented was that on-stream remarks about Mizkif’s legal proceedings should not be treated as evidence against Asmongold.
With the Emiru case continuing, Mizkif’s situation is reportedly becoming more complicated, and he may be looking at a prolonged and messy legal fight as the matter develops.
