Hello Kitty Island Adventure “Bouncing Buns” Quest Guide: City Town Start
“Bouncing Buns” is a Quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure set in City Town. Your starting point is still Tuxedosam in the park on the left side of City Town.
Organize a Focus Group
Tuxedosam explains that he wants to build a focus group so he can get feedback on what products to stock in his City Town emporium. Your job is to find the characters he lists and talk to each of them at their respective spots.
- My Melody — located in Small Gift, Big Smile or out on the City Town beach
- Kuromi — found in the Potion Hut or at her boutique in City Town
- Badtz-Maru — at his comic stand in Resort Docks or on the City Town beach
- Kiki & Lala — on Cloud Island
Once you’ve gotten everyone on board, you can meet the group in the center of City Town, near the Docks. Talk to Tuxedosam there; he begins asking the focus group questions, but the moment is cut short when a giant Dust Bun starts rolling around.
Avoid The Giant Dust Bun
When the Dust Bun shows up, make sure you follow everyone as they sprint to the right side of City Town. They “hide” behind the benches along the right-side streets, so stick close and get to cover with the group.
Next, talk to My Melody. She confirms that everyone is safe, but adds that Badtz-Maru bolted in panic and ran off out of fear.
Usahana then appears to apologize for the strange events plaguing City Town lately. The Dust Bun continues roaming around, and the whole area ends up covered in dust—yet Kuromi seems to enjoy it so much that she even wants to keep it around as a pet.
Talk to Usahana to continue. She says she’s sorry for being overwhelmed and busy, and she feels bad that she hasn’t been able to help Tuxedosam as much with the Outfit Emporium because her attention is tied up handling the giant Critters. The Quest wraps up after you promise to support Tuxedosam going forward.
